this sad video was made by fluktum in a seminar called 'design for tv-broadcast' at the state school of design (hfg) in karlsruhe. it is mainly done with adobe aftereffects, animating typo frame-by-frame. the sound was taken from mahlers 'das lied der erde'.
the video was shown in a presentation at the students-exhibition 'rundgang' early spring 2000, hfg karlsruhe.
the story is about a lonely pronoun which tries to get in contact with others but encounters several disappointments until sheer disintegration.
